Supporting Information:

Please note that this is both a server and client fix. However, if the users'
databases are accessed on the server rather than local replicas, then the
server should be upgraded to avoid the issue. If a local replica is used, a
client upgrade is needed.

Also, note that the problem is not limited to calendar entries, but can occur
in other documents in the database as well.

A common result of this problem is that two replicas will not synchronize
properly and will not contain the same number of documents.
